Rock-Trap Support Bridge
The Rocktrap Scaffold Bridge project presented significant challenges, requiring careful planning and execution to ensure the safety of the Utimec LF 600 Transmixer. With a maximum capacity of 28,500 kg (62,831.7 lbs) and four points of contact, the load was evenly distributed using industrial-grade Soldier Beams to prevent localized failures.
Advanced 3D design analysis with SolidWorks software allowed precise component placement without obstructing truck movement. Custom parts were designed to handle the unique load requirements, seamlessly integrating with the scaffold system and reinforcing critical points for structural stability. Coordinated design and manufacturing processes ensured a successful assembly meeting project specifications.
Safetech successfully designed, installed, and dismantled the support bridges with the help of NSP's equipment and 3D design capabilities.
